Don has been with Synergy from its beginning. He feels fortunate to work with the most discriminating builders and architects in Minnesota, and works to provide the level of service to ensure premium projects happen according to plan. Whether your design is complete, or you wish to entertain product or feature options, Don has the experience to go beyond the call, providing the expertise and can-do attitude to earn your business.
When he’s not working, Don pedals bikes across Iowa, shoots pool, plays golf, and entertains friends at his Maple Grove Home.
Jack Dolalie... Jack brings over 10 years experience in the remodeling business. At Synergy Products, Jack specializes in new construction as well as home remodeling in the Loewen and Hurd window lines.

Derek has spent the last 19 years in the building industry; experiencing everything from gutting out 120 degree attics in St. Paul, to designing and installing the most intricate crown systems.

Stephanie has been with Synergy Products for over a year now with over ten years experience in the Design and Construction Industries. At Synergy she started out working in the Window and Door division working on pricing and managing their service needs. Recently Stephanie has moved into the Cabinet Division where she is involved in estimating, design and management of the cabinet projects.
Outside of work Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction.
Ruth Anderson... Ruth has been designing kitchens, baths and other rooms full of cabinets for over 15 years.
"I fell it's important to educate and empower the customer to comfortably make decisions and truly be a part of the team to make their project come to life."
Besides work, Ruth loves time in the garden, or with a good book, or knitting and most of all with her family and grandkids. Jeff Gove...
