Tom started the company with long time friend Tom Huesman. Their vision was to create a company that would partner with builders, remodelers and architects to provide exceptional products and service to the building products industry. They have succeeded in this and more by adding management companies, building owners, retail businesses, and homeowners as associates whom they work with on a daily basis. Tom has a financial background of 25+ years. On his personal time, Tom loves to spend time with his wife and 4 girls. He also enjoys fitness, hockey, Harley riding, and enjoying good times with family and friends. Don Van Gorp...
Don has been with Synergy from its beginning. He feels fortunate to work with the most discriminating builders and architects in Minnesota, and works to provide the level of service to ensure premium projects happen according to plan. Whether your design is complete, or you wish to entertain product or feature options, Don has the experience to go beyond the call, providing the expertise and can-do attitude to earn your business.
When he’s not working, Don pedals bikes across Iowa, shoots pool, plays golf, and entertains friends at his Maple Grove Home.
Doug Truax... Doug has spent more years than he likes to acknowledge in the Building Industry. He has been promoting Loewen Windows and Doors for the past nine years throughout the Architectural and Building Community. Doug is very excited to be joining Synergy and continuing to provide the highest quality building products, with the utmost attention to customer satisfaction.
Doug’s other interests include golf, softball, and spending time with his family. Jason Koosman... coming soon. . . Derek Bridges... Derek has spent the last 19 years in the building industry; experiencing everything from gutting out 120 degree attics in St. Paul, to designing and installing the most intricate crown systems.

Stephanie has been with Synergy Products for over a year now with over ten years experience in the Design and Construction Industries. At Synergy she started out working in the Window and Door division working on pricing and managing their service needs. Recently Stephanie has moved into the Cabinet Division where she is involved in estimating, design and management of the cabinet projects.
Outside of work Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction.
Jeff Gove... Jeff has worked in the building industry for the past 30 years. His knowledge of products and there installation is superb. He loves the outdoors in all seasons. |
